Kevin and Terri Melilli have been in the Real Estate business for the past 20 years. Their experience is in Real Estate Development, Investments, Property Management, High-end exclusive vacation rentals and Mortgage Banking.

The Melilli's will be personally involved in the management and operations of every one of their listings. Also, they have celebrity relationships that they will capitilize on for their rental business. In the early 1990's the Melilli's partnered up with Kenny Rogers and John Y. Brown (Ex-Governer of Kentucky) to develop, own and operate Kenny Rogers Roasters Restaurants.
