Lodging Features: This 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom gold rated condo is the perfect family unit that will sleep up to 8 people. The Main floor is on the second level and consists of a Great Room with a view of the Park City ski runs, a 42 inch flat screen TV above a rustic fireplace. This space includes a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa. Best of all is the Jacuzzi hot tub on the patio, wonderful after a full day skiing, shopping, hiking, or biking.

The third floor includes a Master Suite with its own full bath, king size bed, and windows that face Old Town Park City. The next room has a queen size bed also with a view of the slopes. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on top. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and cable. An additional full bathroom is located between the bedrooms. This condo comes with an Internet connection and premium cable channels.

Housekeeping: Housekeeping Services are not included with this property, but are available for a fee. Housekeeping Services are not included during summer season (4/13/09-12/18/09 and 4/5/10-12/17/2010).

Hot Tub Services: Hot Tubs are not included with rate during summer season (4/13/09-12/18/09 and 4/5/10-12/17/2010), but are available for a set up fee. Common hot tubs are not guaranteed during summer season.
