Surrounded by mature aspens and pine trees, this luxury private home offers guests 4,350 square foot as well an IDEAL LOCATION, just a short walk to SKI OUT ACCESS directly to the Deer Valley Resort. The home spread out over 3 levels, with bedrooms on each level. The spacious main level offers guests a wet bar, living room with wood burning fireplace and Flat Screen TV, not to mention the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
Bedrooms are located on the upper level and main level, with a spacious great room on the downstairs level of the home, complete with fireplace, bathroom and a sleeper sofa for additional bedding. The master bedroom is just upstairs and offers privacy with a king sized bed, fireplace, and spacious master bathroom with jetted tub. Large windows and a private deck offer wonderful views of the mountains. The Main Level bedrooms offer the bunk room and queen bedroom. There is a formal dining room, but guests will enjoy the small breakfast table for a quick snack prior to heading out to the slopes. This home was completely remodeled for the 2007-08 ski season, with all new bathrooms, kitchen, hardwood floors and furnishings.

Housekeeping Services are not included during summer season (4/13/09-12/18/09 and 4/5/10-12/17/2010) and may be reduced or eliminated on discounted winter season reservations. Please inquire at time of booking.
Hot Tub Services: Hot Tubs are not included with rate during summer season (4/13/09-12/18/09 and 4/5/10-12/17/2010), but are available for a set up fee. Common hot tubs are not guaranteed during summer season.
