The antique oak timber frame (circa 1650), originally stood in Takeley, England and was disassembled and shipped to the United States. The timber frame now provides the internal structure forming a vaulted great room with a double stone fireplace in the center.

The multi-level home consists of an entry, living, family and dining rooms, library, kitchen, and breakfast nook within the timber frame great room. The upper level includes a master suite with sitting area and bath. A second bedroom and artist loft are also on this level. The lower level features a sports bar, fitness room, two master guest suites, two bunkrooms, and an entertainment room with an Inglenook fireplace. From the deck and hot tub there are beautiful vistas of the valleys and Park Meadows. Mountaintop views from the north end of the frame overlook Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort.
