Kamaole Sands is one of the most desirable properties in maui located in the always sunny Kihei area, just across the street from Kamaole III beach and park. The view of water from the lanai and living room, lucious landscape and fountains below to enhance the hawaiian mood. The magical huge oak staircase up to the master bedroom is what sold me (observe photos). My husband says we bought the staircase, not the unit. There is new living room furniture and original art to match decor. Also hand painted murals grace dining room walls. I decorate my units to satisfy myself. That way, I know my renters will love it. Oh yeah, I'm the artist.
Another plus is 24/7 security patroling the grounds and electric gates to protect your privacy and safety. You will love the lush grounds with the waterfalls and fountains and beautiful landscaping and exotic swimming pools. My unit, is also in Building One, right up front, closest to the water. Therefore, I have one of the best views of the ocean. Mine is known as one of the nicest an "A" unit penthouse on top floor. Also larger than most, smaller lanai, but larger unit. There is the large pool with children's pool and jacuzzi pool close by. On wed afternoon, there is always hawaiian music and dancing with mai tais to get you into the aloha spirit.
